17th DYMAT Technical Meeting

6 - 7 September 2007
Cambridge - United Kingdom

The high rate mechanical properties of energetic materials, their binders or simulants

Organized by: The Fracture and Shock Physics Group, Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge

Chairman: Stephen Walley

The goal of the 17th DYMAT Technical Meeting was to present and discuss recent progress in the study of the dynamic behaviour of energetic materials leading to the development of constitutive relations which can be used in Finite Element Codes in order to model these materials in the uses to which they are put.
